How do returns work?
- If you order directly through my website, returns are accepted on select items within 7 days of receiving them. You can not return items such as undergarments, bathing suits & worn clothing. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. If you purchase from our facebook group, The Mythic Boutique, items are not returnable. If you receive an item from our group and it is defective, I need to be contacted within 48 hours after you receive the item. I will issue an in group credit, if I perceive it as valid. The items will need to be returned, so I can inspect and contact my vendor. In the group, we don't do refunds of any kind. Exchanges are accepted and in store credit can be issued as long as the item is returned.
- If an item is returned for a refund, a restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be deducted.
- If a returned item isn't in new condition (as it was sold), you will be liable to pay any applicable fees to cover the loss of profit. This can be due to: tags missing, plastic ripped, item used or worn, etc.

Why is my order taking so long to process?

All items on our website are fulfilled and shipped straight from the warehouse. Some items may come from overseas, and some will come from the US. US warehouses take approximately 2-5 days to ship orders. Overseas takes approximately 5-7 days, depending on COVID restrictions and shut-downs.
- items in house can take up to 3 weeks to get to you.
- items outsourced through vendors can take up to 4 weeks, so please pay attention to product descriptions when ordering.
